Jeanne Martinson is a diversity strategist and best-selling author who has worked with clients throughout North America and Europe to assist them in attracting, retaining and engaging their ideal workforce.

She completed her Master of Arts in Leadership graduate degree at Royal Roads University (British Columbia, Canada) and holds a Certificate in Organisational Behaviour from Heriot-Watt University (Edinburgh, Scotland).

Jeanne’s seven books focus on ways leaders can integrate diverse groups into their organizations – especially immigrants or employees from different generations. Jeanne’s three most recent books are: “Generation Y and the New Work Ethic”, “Tossing the Tiara – Keys to Creating Powerful Women Leaders” and “From Away – Keys to Effectively Integrate Immigrants Into Your Workforce”.
