With over 20 years’ experience in the airline industry and over 10 years in digital, Antoine has been involved in implementing and improving online experience in a number of airlines, including Air Malta and Gulf Air. He has worked at selecting and managing e-commerce platforms and is currently responsible for the digital transformation of Air Malta.
Air Malta has recognised customer focus as a key priority. Antoine is an integral part of the team implementing amongst others a CRM platform, products that improve the customer journey, retailing and ancillary revenues, improving the disruption process and the personalisation of the whole product offering. Antoine was also key in introducing to the airline innovative products such as DiscountIF. He also introduced product bundling in 2015 in order to enhance ancillary services sales and implemented a coherent direct customer communication and customer ackquisiont strategy, including an affiliate program. The activities led to double digit growth figures of online sales.
