Iain is a seasoned loyalty program change specialist, having previously spent over 20 years client-side, in senior management roles at British Airways and Qatar Airways. He has also worked as VP International for Points.com, the world’s first and largest online points exchange. His strength is in programme design and re-design while ensuring that the proposition works to change the right customer behaviour, and that the economics work to increase profitability for the business. In his 8 years with ICLP Iain has supported ICLP client projects across the globe and has been influential in the build and redesign of over two dozen loyalty clients, mainly in the travel sector but also in retail and financial services. His major current projects include Carlson Radisson hotels, one of the largest airports in Asia and a European airline
