Florian Eggenschwiler, Swissport, Head of Innovation

Florian Eggenschwiler is Head of Innovation at Swissport International. In his role he focuses on improving the passenger experience in ground handling through automation and digitalization. Previously he was in charge of operations support at Singapore’s Changi Airport. Florian started his career in corporate mergers & acquisitions and corporate development at Swissport. He holds a M.A. in Business Innovation from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
