Kerstin has over 25 years of experience in global business strategies (digital, operating model, market development). Her industry focus is Aviation and Consumer Goods. Kerstin holds a degree in business administration from the University Rendsburg.
Kerstin helps start-ups to validate business models, advises on business planning, international scaling and funding. Furthermore she helps large enterprises with tailored change and innovation management programs that enable the organization’s digital transformation.
Prior to founding Prosperity Factor, she was a Partner/ Global Managing Director at Accenture. Before joining Accenture, she was the Managing Director of Publicis digital agency and led Deutsche Telekom’s multi-client ecommerce business unit.
